Private Pay

The opportunity for skin cancer patients to be treated by Dr. Piasecki has attracted international interest.  Mohs surgery offers the highest skin cancer cure rate, and having the same board-certified reconstructive surgeon reconstruct the defect creates most cost effective, convenient approach for the patient. Not every patient requires reconstructive surgery following Mohs, but for patients who do, Plastic Micrographic Surgery can significantly improve the overall cosmetic result and minimize the surgical downtime.  Each patient receives Dr. Piasecki’s undivided attention along with and 24-hr. access to his personal cell phone.  

Post-surgery patients can choose from a selection of hotels near our facility.  Dr. Piasecki’s long-term partnerships with hotels in our community ensure you will be treated as an honored guest including house call visits from the doctor, food delivery from the best local restaurants, and accommodating concierge assistance.

Private pay patients coming from outside our area are offered complimentary, no obligation consultations via phone or email exchange with Dr. Piasecki. Simply download the Out of Area Patient Form and either email or fax it to our office at 888.843.2412.   This will begin an email and/or phone conversation with Dr. Piasecki where he can answer your questions and discuss treatment options available.

Private patients nearby are encouraged, but not required, to come into our office for a complementary, no obligation consultation with Dr. Piasecki in person to discuss treatment options.  As part of the consultation, our patient concierge will provide you with a quote for your treatment.  Removal, reconstruction and any necessary follow-up visits will be covered for up to a year by the initial fee.  We are also happy to coordinate ongoing care with your local physician, or Dr. Piasecki will correspond with you following your care via phone and/or email for as long as you need.
