At The Skin Cancer Center we aim to provide the utmost in personalized professionalism.  We spend quality time with each patient, mindful of not rushing the process along.  You will never see a packed waiting room and frustrated patients when you visit, just helpful and friendly staff awaiting your arrival to meet your specific needs.  We are confident you will have a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Most insurance companies, including Medicare, require proof of an in-person consultation prior to authorizing surgery.  If you plan to utilize your health insurance coverage for your surgery, your consultation will be billed to your insurance company.  Please note that insurance companies have a right to deny coverage for surgical procedures that are performed without prior approval or proof of consultation. Consequently, you are responsible for the co-pay and deductible for this consultation visit and any surgery expenses.

If you are an out of network or private pay patient, we encourage you to come in for a complementary consultation with Dr. Piasecki to discuss all available treatment options.  For out of area patients, please first complete the Out of Area Patient Form and fax back to us at 888.843.2412 or email to the doctor at justin@drpiasecki.com. Our office staff will be in touch with you shortly after receiving your paperwork.
