International & Private Pay Patients

The opportunity for patients to have skin cancers removed and reconstructed by Dr. Piasecki has attracted international interest. Mohs surgery offers the highest cure rate, and reconstructing the defect at the same time is more cost-effective for the patient and can significantly improve the cosmetic result. We intentionally limit the number of cases we do each day so each patient receives the attention they need. Every skin cancer surgery patient is given Dr. Piasecki’s cell phone number so they can call with questions at any time.

Through a partnership with a boutique hotel, patients rest and recover with views of Gig Harbor and Mount Rainier. Dr. Piasecki makes housecalls and the hotel owner ensures everything is covered from food delivered to your room to tips on things to do while in the harbor.

In addition, we are the only facility that is uniquely able to combine the convenience of Mohs surgery and immediate reconstruction with other cosmetic procedures to make the most of surgical downtime.

Out of Area Patients

Private pay patients coming from outside our area are offered free, no obligation email consultations with Dr. Piasecki. Simply download the Out of Area Patient Form and either email or fax it back to our office.

Dr. Piasecki will email you treatment options and discuss your care so that you can make an educated decision on your treatment.

As part of the consultation, Dr. Piasecki will provide you with a “not to exceed” quote for your treatment. Removal, reconstruction and any necessary follow-up visits for the cancer treated will be covered for up to a year by the initial fee. We are also happy to coordinate ongoing care with your local physician, or Dr. Piasecki will correspond with you following your care via email for as long as you need.
